Not bad... a few thoughts on areas for improvement. As mentioned, in #1, the highlights on her hair, image right are wayyy too hot. You probably needed to drop this down 2-3 stops to get a reasonable exposure for the hair, and then bumped up your fill. This would have given a VERY dark background however, so the best answer might have been to move to a different location, or turn the model slightly. Reflectors also work well for situations like this. You might also have tried getting your flash up and left (if you had OCF capability) so that you could add little more depth with some shadow from the fill. Her face is well exposed, but the lighting is rather flat and unexciting. In #2, the exposure is good, BUT.. the light is again less than exciting.
You've obviously got the 'fill' part sorted out, now you just need to work on making the light (and thus the image) more interesting by using it to maximum effect. Think 'direction', 'shadow' and 'ratio'!
