Oh brother

This was one of the first photos I ever took. It was on my brothers birthday, a little more than a year ago. Taken with my friends P&S camera.

Dude. Killer shot!

Especially considering it's one of your first. It might break a couple of so-called "rules", but that doesn't matter since it all comes together as well balanced. The only thing I might suggest is using the clone and burn tools to get rid of that bright spot in the upper left. It pulls my eye away from the rest of the image, as bright spots tend to do. Let me know if it's okay to edit that if you aren't sure how.

No, I'm very familar with photoshop. I just like it as is, since was one of my first.

Now that I've got a DSLR I've been meaning redo this since my girlfriend and I play pool quite a bit.
