Oh the irony

Hopefully this isn't too photo related.

A few weeks ago some of you may have seen a photo I posted here about a local art installation here on campus. In the photo, and particularly in the description, I openly mocked the installation and it's decayed state as a result of poor implementation.

To take the irony up another notch, I entered the photo into a photo contest related to the exhibit. They wanted photos of folks and the exhibit, so I thought it funny.

Well as it turns out, I won. They're buying use of the photo from me, and they plan on putting it up during a presentation in front of more than 700 people.

I am both confused, and humored.

Lol - Humans man. Go figure. Small wonder really they named their entire planet "Dirt".
