the picture is scanned so thats why the bottom left corner and the upper right corner are goofy. cropping it lost the very bottom of the flip flop.

Aside from being a scan, its pretty neat! I like how the foreground is about the same brightness as the background.

Whats the title stand for? Did you use fill flash?

ocean isle west. its in north carolina.

and i took the picture in 2001 and i cant for the life of me remember if i used a flash or not. id guess yes though.
