Old Hickory WMA

Old Hickory Wildlife Management Area is one of my bird-shooting standards. I go there a lot but for some reason haven't been much this year. I decided to drive over there this morning but didn't stay long since a thunderstorm popped up and the bottom fell out. I did get a few shots before that happened though.

Spotted Sandpiper (rather long shots, backlighted against the lake, heavily cropped, but not that common around here so I liked them)

Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments. I agree that the baby Mallards do have a heavy "Awwwwww" factor associated with them
