Old manual focus lenses on Mamiya 645 AFD III

I would like to use an old manual focus lens, the Mamiya 80mm f/1.9, on a new Mamiya 645 AFD III with a digital back.
- Do you think the old manual focus lenses work on the latest AF Mamiya cameras? Can I put this lens on a new Mamiya?
- Will the camera measure exposure?

The old manual lenses will work, but you will have to use stop-down metering.

You also won't have auto-focus, obviously, but the focus indicator should still work.
