I processed it with a white border which you can't see but i thought it really added to the look i was going for.

I think the image lacks a strong point to retain one's attention :scratch:

I like the tint and the way the tonal range was handled - it definitely has a "look" which seems to fit the subject. However, the vertical sign shouldn't be clipped. Either include all of it or crop it more if you want to focus attention on the lower part of the image.
