For me, there's too much blurred foreground. Otherwise, the color, detail, and composition are pretty slick.

This is an awesome rooftop, and I can see why you wanted to capture it! I do agree there is a bit too much in the foreground that is soft, but it's not killing the shot.

If you have some more of this town, please post! I bet this place is amazing.
