It makes me feel kind of sad and wistful, seeing that dilapidated old factory...like the skeletal remains of a once-beautiful creature, dead...

The way that new, galvanized, chain-link fence surrounds the old, rusted-out hulk is interesting to me.

Nice subject and an image which conveys a personal message / meaning.

Not sure what you did in electronic pp (or was it a grad filter?), but the sky looks over-dramatized compared to the colour- and contrast-wise rather flat foreground.
The two appear alien from each other.

Also, vertical composition appears a bit off-balance (the way you cut the foreground off at the bottom).
