If you have one, for sure, go out & experiment with it.

We went hiking up Mt.Roberts above Juneau & I took some fish-eye shots of the vista under heavy mist. After getting back home & viewing my shots I noticed there was a land form common in two shots. I wondered if a merge to a panorama was possible & was surprised @ the outcome.

This is the stitch using MS ICE of the two fish-eye shots.

If I did not identify that these were fish-eye shots, chances are that would not be recognized by most viewers.

Sometimes landscapes with a fisheye aren't as drastic as something that you know should be straight. Great photos and I would contact the cruise line about licensing a few of those for post-cards in the gift shop.
