On The Job ~ Six month old Labrador Retriever gun dog trainee "SHOOTER" is seen making the retrieve of a Dokken training bird during a training session early this morning. A beautiful chocolate female, SHOOTER is already exhibiting exceptional intensity in her focus on marked retrieves. SHOOTER is owned by a retired waterfowl biologist and is the latest trainee to be signed - on with the ol' dog whistler. SHOOTER is demonstrating fine potential early in her development.
