On the set of a short film

Recently I was contacted to shoot some photos for a thesis film being produced by students at the American Film Institute. It was kinda cool getting to see how a legit film is put together.

And before anyone says "How can a student film be that intense," the whole core crew rose $50,000 to produce this thing. This was not some artsy basement film. It was a pretty neat experience.

These are some random photos I took while on set. Unfortunately I couldn't stay there the whole time (it was a week long shoot), so I didn't get the variety that I wanted.

3. This was one of the wardrobe designers. She has gorgeous hair so I had to get a pic.

Lastly, look at this badass hydraulic Doc Ock steadicam. I'm sure they're standard but it was the first time that I'd seen one that had a hydraulic arm so I thought it was cool.

Thanks! I like #1 as well. I think it has the most story elements to it.
