One landscape photo, what you think?

Took this shot the other day, works better in black and white than colour I think.
In my opinion I think it's a bit soft and the sky looks like it's about to break up, this was taken on a minute exposure to get the cloud blur effect.
If you have any ideas as to how I can improve it or what I can do next time to get better shots I'd be grateful to hear it.

This would have properly been posted in the Landscape Forum; I'm sure one of the other mods will be happy to move it for you as I can't right now. The main issue I see with this image is the drastic tilt to the right. It doesn't look bad in B&W, but since we don't have the original with which to compare, it's rather hard to made a judgement.
