I feel like this was cropped either too much or not enough. Her right shoulder and forearm and her left pinky finger didn't quite make it in to the frame, which is kind of distracting for me. A tighter crop would make it look a bit more intentional (especially since the hat is also cut off), but I don't know if that would make it better.

Focus seems a touch soft too... did it fall on the hat instead of her face?

The B&W treatment is nice though, good contrast between the subject and the background.
