The first thing that bothers me is that the catchlight is in the white of her eye. Her skin tones might be a little cool but that could just be this monitor.

No! I like it. I think it's a little dark and I'd clone out the catchlight in the white of her eye and try to brighten and warm her up some. I'll try to work on an edit to show you what I mean.
