One more H-Bird ..

There were literally 'hundreds' of them in these couple of trees.. Someone set up about a dozen feeders in the Mountains, and apparently they come every year during migration.. Here's a cute little fella..

Very nice. I don't imagine they are easy to freeze but it would have been nice to have more of the body in focus while keeping the wings in a blur.

We had hundreds of them ourselves during migration just by setting out a few feeders. What was the most amazing to me is that during that time they didn't seem to worry about us humans at all. I'd go and set up the re-filled feeders and they'd be in my hair. It was great.
