here in india ive never seen a chipmunk, thats definately a squirrel. anyways, hows this pic?

Ahh, just google searched squirrel and saw the Indian five stripe squirrel. Never saw one like that before, sorry about that. The photo is a bit blurry and washed out for my taste, but that's just me. That chunk of dirt on the right doesn't help the image either IMO.
It does look like that squirrel is going to attack you and that is funny so +1 in that regard.

ok thanks. im still playing around with the focus, and i still dont know how to control the blurriness. just saw the squirrel running towards me, so i had to take a shot

Yeah, it is hard to take spur of the moment shots sometimes.

Fun shot! I don't know what the brown, dirt-looking area is on the right of the image, but I don't think its needed. Being the only warm tones in the image, it competes for attention. A bit of cropping is in order.

Also, you have a nice situation here where all the hard lines in the photo lead right to the subject. Nice!

A bit of a boost in contrast, and I think you have something better.
