To me it looks more like a candid photo than a portrait, but she is definitely very pretty, so I'm not surprised to see you wanted to take this photo. Her eyes look too bright and oversharpened, I think you took the post processing a bit too far, but there might be fans for that technique out there. Focus looks good, rendering the background nicely OOF, but it still has too many structures and is therefore a bit distracting. Which says to me "candid photo", too (as does her expression and fact that she's looking elsewhere, smiling at something "over there").

Looks good. Exposure is nice and her expression is great. I don't think the processing is overdone at all. If she was looking at the camera, it'd be a great headshot.

Awesome looking image, I love the expression on her face...especially the glint in her eye. The whole capture is so full of life, something that's missing from so many photos. I do agree however with LaFoto that this looks like a candid shot (that's what I thought when I first saw it) and that the background is quite distracting (which I guess adds to the candid shot feeling in a way). Also, I'd crop out the cleavage at the bottom to see how that compares...it seems to detract from the mood of the image.
