One year in and I have a Filing Problem

I have been shooting concerts for a year in February. As my concentration was getting to know my gear and how to shoot in low light, etc. (Which I am still learning) I have really disregarded how things are filed. I use Lightroom 3, but still need to learn to utilize it's filing functions.

Would really like to hear from others who may have done the same and got back on track with a successful filing/storage procedure.

Well, Lightroom really does manage your images quite well. Have you read the manual, or perhaps tutorials? You basically set it up to tell it where you want your RAW files to live, and then it does the rest for you as long as you're keywording and keeping your folders neat.

I began using a Mac Book Pro a few months ago with LR 3 and have files on my windows machine as well. Format issues as well. I am looking for a tutorial on LR 3 filing/storage.
