I like this photo a lot. The odd number of kids on the fence makes this visually appealing. I like the pov, using the kids to frame the action on the opposite side of the wall is engaging and the dof leaves enough detail to know something interesting is going on. Attention is brought back to the subject(s) by the roof horizontal line. Very interesting shot.

Good stuff. The choice to go all B&W on us is a good one...it emphasizes lines and form. And here we've got a landscape format with a series of horizontal lines (with a few verticals thrown in) and then 3 sets of curves of varying height.
