Osprey-gasm!

Seriously you used an auto setting? Dude - you disappoint me :spank:

#3 is great. I have a similar shot taken early in my birdographer life; likely using a t3I with a 70-200f4 lens. My fingers are crossed as I hope for the same with the Tamster.

Kris, I have been meaning to ask if you have seen an Osprey drown or come close to drowning by tackling too big a fish? The extra toe and reversable talons can be a curse if they are not able to release a large fish. (I never thought of it until another birdographer mentioned it because some nutbar tossed a couple of huge Koi in a local lake)
LOL, I sure did. I have seen Osprey grab fish too big to lift. They try a few times and they just let go.. I think they can release the fish if they want to. They drop them all the time for seagulls!

Great set. Let see one more how bout one of "the Splash"

Kris, greats shots as usual. The third one is one of the best.

Love all of them, Kris...apart from #2.Don't know why...maybe because they are not your usual shot. Well, haven't seen one like it before.
