Out and about early in the morning C&C please

Im always out early almost every weekend taking pictures. A learning experience for me .

Consider not placing the horizon directly in the center of the photo. Try to feature either 2/3 sky or 2/3 ground, whichever is more important as the main subject of the shot.

Also, if you shoot a lot of this sort of thing, consider getting a set of graduated ND filters, or shoot two consecutive shots of the scene, one metered for the sky and the other metered for the ground, then combined in post production with a mask controlled by a gradient to balance them.

I like the first one best because the foreground elements are more interesting to me.

I think the second one would have been better if everything fore to background was in focus.

They both look somewhat overcooked in the small preview, but the first one looks better in the larger size after clicking on it. The second one still seems a little over the top to me in the sky, especially with that area being OOF.

Thank you for your c&c . I tried bringing out the bold colors of the sky and perhaps overcooked abit. I think part of my problem is I get in a hurry . I get so wrapped up in setting the camera correctly and completely forget about composition
