Outdoor People Picture C&C needed

I did a shoot outside at a park. Would like some C&C as to how to improve my composition and lighting. The lighting was so unpredictable and they were running around so i couldnt get the same exposure in each shot.

It looks a bit soft as well. Please let me know what you think and how i can improve.
