Over Editing? C&C

I've noticed lately I've been getting carried away when playing around with contrast and saturation, I had terrible lighting so I had to try and adjust. C&C welcome...did I over edit here?

looks fine to me. the image itself doesn't strike me as interesting on its own...good crop choice though considering the original framing.

otherwise i see nothing wrong with the editing (in terms of being over-done)

The B&W looks a bit too dark in the shadowed areas, and too low in local contrast in the sky tones. I think it's a pretty good shot. A little bit more variation in tonal values on the B&W shot would make it stronger.

I rather like it... But I took a quick stab at editing your original...

All I did was an Auto White Balance from within Gimp. and it resulted in:
