Timor - I don't know the answer because I can't define either "photograph" or "digital graphics." This may answer your question though - it looks pretty much the way it looked in reality. All I did was to darken the upper right, which was just a bit brighter and remove a few little specks. I did both of these things often in the film era, by burning in and using spotting dye, respectively. If we agree to define "digital graphics" as images that look very different from the scene photographed, then I guess this is probably still a photograph. However, I don't know how we could come up with a satisfactory and easily applicable standard for what would be considered "very different."

OK. I had a look on better display. It looked to me like the division line was kind of very artificial, like drown with the mouse, just too sharp, not following the curvature of the bumps. But that's maybe just type of light .Now it looks like fabric.
