hello, I have stumbled upon this website whilst trying to figure out how to view panaromic shots taken on my sony dcs-hx1.
It's a feature that I haven't really used and I've been experimenting with. I am puzzled byt eh fact that when I view the photos taken in this mode, the photos looked squashed. How do I view them so they do not look so narrow. I opened the files from the memory card but they only appear as narrow bands, hardly something I would want to keep as the effective is not that good.
It must be user error as I have viewed some lovely examples of photos taken in panaromic mode using this camera.
Can any one offer any guidance please?
