Panasonic Lumix G10 + 45-200 Mega O.I.S Lens Price

Hello everyone,
I am new member here and I would like to ask a question about the price of "Panasonic Lumix G10 (8Gb memory Card included) + 45-200 Mega O.I.S Lens".
One of my friend asked me to sell his camera and lens, which I mentioned above. He wanted to get $ 350 USD for them. Is it a good price to sell?
Please give me any suggestion.
