IMHO, it suffers from Subject Identity Crisis. To me, it's really two pix.... the old brick and sign on the left, and a modern facility on the right. The conflict might work for some, but it doesn't for me.

Taking photo of beautiful landscape is somehow easier than general street shots. Idea is there but i do agree It fell short of the title. Good try

I kind of find it ironic that there is a No Parking sign on an old brick building and they have to build a parking structure for parking. A pic of the sign on the brick building by itself may have worded as well.
