Hi,

I am attempting to record 0.2-0.3 micron sized particles exiting a 1/2" bore after being displaced by compressed air. The camera I have is a Photron Nova S9 without color. The camera comes with C and F mounts.

I do not need to identify the particles, only detect/capture their presence. I will be running an experiment to test the effectiveness of a bore cleaner so I want to see if the setup will be able to detect the particles before running the experiment.

Macro lens setups would be ideal as the lenses are easier to obtain but micro lenses with a C mount would work as well.

I am also looking for suggestions on positioning of the lights and camera. I have done some basic research but I've hit a wall in what I am able to find out reading blogs and articles so any help would be welcome. Thanks!
