I'm not exactly a portrait kinda guy, but I'm also one that loves to take shots of the better half on our travels.
This time, we were on a narrow gauge railway line heading through the Bulgarian mountains towards her home from home, The Pirin mountain range. As we chugged through the landscape the sun came out, she closed her eyes to feel the warmth on her face and I quickly lifted the camera, changed the settings and fired off a couple of shots. Had she known I was taking a shot she would have probably pulled some face or done something silly, as it was, she didn't know, and I was able to capture this peaceful portrait, sun on her face and mountains in her mind.
Shot at 45mm with the 24-70 2.8 - ISO200 - 1/1250 @ f/2.8
