Ok, I fell in love with this little cutie.

I had a hard background as she was "built" to blend in, but otherwise what is the verdict?

That's a good picture. You're right about the background blending but it's not so bad because of your DOF. The only thing that bothers me in the picture is that the colors seem a bit flat for my tastes. Other than that, you've got yourself a winner here. :thumbsup:

Yes Steve. I learned that just this morning from Jim Victory. I thought it was a prairie dog. Whatever it is, its cute as can be!

i thought the same when i saw it. i used to have a poster from the smithsonian with a bunch on a dirt mound.

i love this shot and will bet if you do what aubrey mentioned it will really improve it. :thumbsup:
