The picture is unsatisfactory because there's no real center of interest and no way to tell what the photographer is looking at.
If the photographer included it, it must be important.
If it's the axe, why is it in the corner and why is the water dripping off it?
Is it the stump, then why the axe?
Is it the mushrooms, then why are they so small and over-exposed and oof?
The OP has this complex idea that the viewers are supposed to derive from his shot but the shot is ambiguous and nothing really jumps out as the main point.
