Hi. Froggyfan, is this name implying that you like to shoot from frog perspective ? Maybe.
Regarding pic two major things, in shots like that level horizon is a must and foreplan cannot be outside depth of field. Some may call it front bokeh, but in this case it is simply a mess. Lesser thing is missing roof of this gazebo. It is a difficult shot which rather require very short lens, something in the range of 20mm or equivalent for other formats then full frame, which will cover enough space above the ground to have a chance for pleasant composition.
