Phone Home, E.T.

[Destin]

Spent the last two nights out photographing at night with a friend of mine. Ended up with two images that I'm pretty happy with! Both were shot on the D810 + 20mm 1.8G. Settings for both were f/1.8, 20 seconds, iso 2000.

1.) This reminded me of the movie E.T.

2.) This one was a 5 shot panorama; despite only being 4x5 aspect ratio. Without a doubt this is the darkest location I've found yet in WNY.

both Excellent Destin, (welcome to flickr btw). Great to see the stars reflect well off the water as I have considered trying that with some of the local lochs in my area, but was unsure how it would turn out. For me the 2nd is my favourite.
