[Lost Behind the Shutter]

I took this photo today of the family which my wife and I really like and would like to ask your assistance in making it look beautiful since the coloring is so weird.

The lighting is what kills it. You've mixed two different light sources, each with a different color temperature. The ambient lighting is incandescent, with a temperature of (usually) 3200-3400K, while your on-camera flash is 5500-6000K. Your flash is also below the lens, which creates un-natural shadows.

There's not much one can do in post... proper lighting needs to happen before the shutter opens.
