What do you think about this photo, I'm so lucky that I got it because after I toked my eyes from the viewfinder the bird flew away.Feedback is apreciated.

The bird looks in focus, but you've cut the tail. Also, the tree branch is distracting, cutting across the bird as it does.

The 2nd is great. For the first I would shoot in portrait or crop to same and as mentioned include the entire bird.

second one is much better. try to take your photo when the bird is facing toward you, though... and remember, photographing birds, or any wildlife, takes patience and lots of practice! sometimes you have wait for hours to get the best shots.
