direct, overhead sunlight was always the worst part about taking pictures at the dog park.
find shaded areas, hope for some cloud cover, try fill flash (really hard though when you have dogs running around)

Love the photos of the black dogs. Its raining today but my plan is to try on a cloudy day or try some sunny day shots really being aware of how the light is hitting him. Adjusting EC does not help since I am dealing with the light colored dogs also, I dont want to exclude her. Thank ya'll!
