I'd like come feedback on composition and possible cropping suggestions please. Does it bother you that the eyes are hidden? Could the shadow on the rock be more interesting at a slightly different angle?

I think you should have crouched down and shot her from her own level instead of looking down on her. The glasses don't bother me, but the shadows do; if she turned a little towards the sun the shadow might not have been so pronounced. Or, you could have moved over to your left a bit to also reduce the shadow, which is sort of distracting.

This is a nice picture in of itself. Hopefully, I have been somewhat helpful...
