Photo Paper

I've heard there is photo paper out there that color/light changing capabilities. As in if the photo is hanging on a wall, and the light of sunset is filling the room the photo looks as if it was taken during that time. I want to say it is some sort of crystallized paper, but I am not sure. Anyone have any info on something like this? Thanks.
