You need to add light in the dark corners and have people closer.

It's tilted, it's a dead center composition, the white balance is warm and tinted, there's nothing going on except people we can't really see who are not in focus and in a corner.

Hate to be that harsh, but there's not much else to say, IMHO

I'm guessing it's the decorations around the bar area that caught your eye rather than the people mentioned above.

My suggestions are to straighten the image then crop it to show less of the remainder of the room, which might make it into a reasonable record shot.

If you have the option of going back & re shooting it would be more interesting with people around the bar area, and IMO would work best in the evening though that would involve a tripod & maybe added lights...

Rotate it a little bit clockwise, then crop it. Add a bit of "digital fill light", to bring up the shadowed areas a bit, and do a hue/tint adjustment in whatever software you have for image editing. Maybe tone down the window brightness a bit.

Tilted, has greenish fluorescent tinge, lacks any discernible subject. Other than that ....
