Photo to fix...

I have this Photo of my mother.. I didnt scan it in I took a picture of it just to give you an idea of how beat up it is... Curious to know if anyone has any suggestions on HOW this can be done.. Id like to get this all redone and looking great for my Mother... Just have no clue how to go about doing this..
