You are probably seeing all your traffic to PB routed through one of the two companys in the fight and is being blocked at the other side

I can get to it fine but you and others can not.

One option may be to find a public proxy and route your traffic through that until things get fixed... it will slow you down though.

In my wanderings looking up some info about this problem, this site was reccomended to me. This should allow you a quick-and-dirty method of getting into photobucket until this issue is resolved
