Theme: Humanity Photo Awards 2013 (HPA 2013)
Introduction: HPA, launched in 1998 and organized by China Folklore Photographic Association (CFPA) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), is a free biennial folklore photography contest which calls upon worldwide photographers, professional or amateur, to record the worlds folklore cultures, spread and share the diverse cultures among mankind. CFPA is a NGO who is in consultative relations with UNESCO and has more than 40,000 members from 141countries.
Copyright: With the guarantee of the right of signature for every author, the Organizer has the right to repeatedly use the photos, which are submitted for HPA 2013, in related non-commercial activities such as publications, exhibitions, TV programs, internet, electronic media, etc. without remuneration to the authors. The Organizer reserves the right to do probable editing of the photos.
Eligibility: Open to all photographers worldwide.
