is live histogram really important . i mean it can be used to find correct exposure values. but do any of you use it often?

Live histogram is important, but you would more often use histogram in preview. I also suggest buying a cheaper body. The difference in noise level isn't too large. You will very likely buy a few lenses within a few months when you find out the limitation of your current lens(es).

I would go with the t3i but the 5100 is good too but you have less options for lenses.
