He has been looking at a few of the Dragan effect, Im not that good, but did manage to ad some details.....I know the glasses are a no-no but he insisted.

No cc from me because I'm not that good. But will your brother like looking older with his wrinkles being enhanced. Also for dragen effect try no smiling.

Lighting is a bit harsh, especially the shadow on the side of his nose and face. It looks like you used a lasso tool to remove the background because there's a weird softness around his hair and collar. I assume that some of the light spilled onto the background. As for the glasses, the angle of reflection is not enough for the light to be out of the way. I'd change the angle a bit more so the light doesn't show in his glasses, and use a reflector to reduce the harsh shadows.
