I am now wishing I had bought PSPxi, but I got Elements, oh well.
Right now I am wondering how to do 2 things.
1. When you take a photo and remove all the color except from one area. I have seen one with a boy in a firefighter hat and the only thing with color is that hat/ How do you do that? I know in PSPxi its a simple filter and its done, how do you do it in Elements 5.0???
2. Borders/Frames. I would like t put a simple black/white border/frame around my pics in 5.0, but everytime I do this it makes the photo shrink down so that the picture itself is only taking up the center of the canvas instead of the whole thing like I want it to. It results in a photo thats a good 800X600 pixes APPEAR to be only 300X200 (or whatever) because the canvas is taking up all the space. How do I fix it?
