Photoshop is full of so many cool tools. I would say that the History tool is something that I am grateful to have when I completely mess something up. But overall, for sheer amusement...the liquify tool.

The tool/function/feature that will do what I need done at any given moment, so all of them.

I love the layers, I will always love the layers option

Clone Tool
Healing Brush
Levels
Smart Sharpen

And just recently: Photomerge (I think that's what it's called).

With these five tools I can get about 80% of my photos looking just the way I want them.
