Photoshop technique help !!

Hello !!

Does anybody can figure out what photoshop techniques are used to these black and white abstract photos ?? He is one of my favorite photographers !! Any help ??

Looks like a camera technique, not post process editing.
Moving the camera in part of a circle during the exposure.
And a couple that were zoom blurred, or changing the lens focal length during the exposure.

I'd agree that some was definitely done by manipulating the camera and lens while shooting the picture. Also you can put petroleum jelly on part of the lens while shooting to get some of it.
All of this can also be done post-process with Photoshop using various special effect filters. Filter - Distort for one or Edit - transform
