Photoshop Tool Bar Problem - Update

Just for info. Received another prompt from ADOBE for a Photoshop update and thinking this might be the fix, I risked it. However, the problem was still there. The system had probably just detected that I was using an old version. Tried to revert to the previous version once more but couldn't find the option. ADOBE support sorted this via a chat but in the process confirmed that the problem with the latest version is a known problem for which a fix is being developed. Just thought I would pass this on just in case ............
