I'm looking for some tut's or sites that provide good tuts.

I learned most of what i know on PS from You tube. there's a ton of tutorials on there.

I have found various good photoshop tutorials over the years. But, as for suggesting some, what do you need it for?

I have tons on things like making eyes and water from scratch, how to make a "vortex" effect or how to make an image from scratch using only one curve and the various functions. I also have some I like that discuss photo touch-up work relating to old and distressed photos. Or there are the tutorials that deal with levels, curves, unsharp mask, etc.

Basically, what I am getting at is that there are so many hundreds of uses for photoshop and only you know what you are looking for exactly.

Looking for yourself would probably end up being more beneficial in the long run. Especially when you factor in things like experience and previous knowledge. Different tutorial sites will cater to different needs.
